Located off a single track lane between Santanyi and Cas Concos, this newly restored farmhouse has been renovated by the owner to the highest standards to provide a very pleasing and comfortable family home. This enchanting pretty stone house has a delightful front flagstone courtyard terrace and a brand new swimming pool.
SURROUNDINGS: Finca CAN XET is located in the open unspoilt countryside, especial for walkers to enjoy the benefits of the nature. Outside, is the very pretty open fronted, floodlit courtyard with the original interesting antique feature.The superb brand new swimming pool 10×5 m with Roman steps and children pool has ample sun terraces furnished with reclining sun loungers and brick build barbacue.
